First Post!

Good Afternoon Everyone and Welcome to My Blog!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday, even though the weather may have you down.  This is my first blog post on my new blog "Fit Friday."  Let me give you a little overview of what my blog will be about.  So it's Friday, the weekend is here, and everyone knows we tend to use the weekend to relax, do homework, and be a little lazy.  But it is a new year and I think it is important to use our weekends to our advantage.  So every Friday I will be posting a health tip whether it is a workout exercise, a healthy food idea, or even just an inspirational workout quote.  Health and fitness are very important to think about and sometimes it can be hard to stay healthy so I am here to help you.  This blog will be good for people who already workout and are healthy and just need some change in their life, and also for people looking to get in shape and get healthy.  So for my first blog post I would like to just start off with a simple quote that I like to read whenever I am feeling the struggle of trying to be healthy and fit:  "You are what you do, not what you say you'll do."  So stop waiting around and get out there and get fit!  Come visit this blog next Friday for some more fitness tips and ideas!  Enjoy your week, and remember that quote!

  1. I really enjoy how you'll be posting these tips on Fridays. I tend to agree with you that Fridays are the start of a downhill slope, as far as fitness and eating healthy are concerned. I subscribed to your blog in the hopes that your healthy tips will get me thru my weekend and not ruin all the progress I've made during the week!

  3. This is a very interesting blog Morgan. I am very excited to hear what your tips are on Fridays. My people is I say I am going to start working out then I see a pizza ad on tv and get hungry. Maybe by reading your blog I will get inspired to get off my couch and start losing that weight. Who knows maybe I'll throw in a Richard Simmons tape and start doing aerobics in the living room.
